Worcestershire and Worcestershire & Herefordshire County Championships 2024

Two firsts in 2024 for Worcestershire County Golf at Bewdley Pines, the first combined Worcestershire Boys and Worcestershire & Herefordshire Girls County Championships, a dry day for a county competition!

With 50 of the Counties’ young golfers competing for trophies and prizes over 36, 18 and 9 holes, we had some great golf, loads of enthusiasm, big smiles, and a few tired legs at the end of the day.

Mark Hewlett qualifies for the EG Champion of Champions Tournament and he, Alex Perry and Nicholas Campbell qualify for the MGU Champion of Champions Tournament.

The top 8 gross 36 hole scores in the boys championship qualify for the Worcestershire Boys Matchplay tournament.

Gaudet Luce GC qualify to enter a team in the England Golf County Team Championship.
