County Champion Eddie Vernon Wins Matchplay Championship.

A great day, with great golf at a great venue for the Worcestershire Men’s Matchplay!

Despite a great comeback from being 3 down after the 8th by Steve Clarke of The Kidderminster GC, it was Hollywood’s Eddie Vernon who took the Derek Greey trophy with a birdie on the 18th. Eddie adds the trophy to the County Championship putter and Phillip Padmore Trophy he won back in June.
