Congratulations to Boy’s County Champion Hayden Sarfo who followed his 4th place at the England Golf Boy’s Champion of Champions tournament with a win in the U16 Midland Region Junior Champion of Champions. His round of 71 and 68 was 3 shots better than his nearest competitor.

His score of 139 was also good enough to force a playoff for the overall tournament and it took a birdie on the first playoff hole, after his opponent drove the green, to keep him from top honours, but an excellent 2nd place.

A great performance by one of the counties young talents in what has been a very successful year for Hayden.
